You can access past bills via your myEE online account.

Call itemisation is only available if you pay for chargeable itemised billing.

Can I pay to retrieved itemised billing from the past?

Sorry, @Lornaharris95 you needed to have itemised billing active at the time the bill was produced.

I have logged in today to access my old mobile and can only access my old broadband bills.

I am becoming increasingly frustrated as to why this is so ? As I can access a years worth of my Broadband and the charge for ending contract but NOT my mobile? Why is this so? As I have been charged " £333 for ending contract and cannot access to send to new provider.

Also I have seen that I would be charged if I was to request peer form bill.

I have text 150 and they say they cannot help.

Surely my account should have kept the old mobile bills like it has with my broadband which I have been able to download.

Hi @Bryony72

Welcome to the community.

Has your mobile account now been cancelled?

If yes, then your EE online account will no longer be accessible.

Should you wish to request your bills please give us a call.

Hi Katie,

I have just been on the phone and was able to access the form via there  as I could not find the form here or the 'good to know' box as the advisor had advised.I completed the DSAR form an should be receiving an email shortly to verify it was me .
