hi there
moved to EE from BT
mobile bill taken ok
broadband not taken
tried calling 150 but when I get to acount section line goes quiet
How can I get this sorted

When was your service activated?
If you log into your online account does the order show as completed?
It is usually a delay in completing your order that results in a delay in the billing.

Hi There
When I log into my account both mobile and broadbnd show
mobile charge taken for february and march no broaband taken
in my account when I access billing just shows error and tells me to try again or wait till problem solved
in my bank account the direct debit shows mobile taken with correct account number but no broadband although it has been set up by you correctly
email from you on 5/01/2024 stating service is live
