I cannot see the start / end date on the plan. I can see it's a 24month contract, but not the actual dates

Hello Katie,

Yes that is for mobile contract details. For some reason it's not the same for broadband & it's broadband I wanted. I actually got the details by hitting the upgrade option & it then told me my current contract dates

Once you have logged in please follow these steps:

Plans and subscriptions > Mobile > View your plan details.

@bobbeard110 : That's a good idea!

Your min. contract term date will not be found anywhere in your MyEE for BB. It would have been in or workable out from your Welcome email. You have discovered an alternative way.
