OpenVpn on EE Broadband (TLS Handshake Failed)

Can anyone help me at all - bit of a novice when it comes to these things.

I am trying to connect to a VPN called OpenVpn and I Have been provided a profile to load in - which I managed to get to work.

When I attempt to connect I get the following "log"

It look likes whatever the profile does seems to work but I can't establish a connection. Not sure if there are some settings on the router I need to update / change?
