I've received a text saying a bill is ready, checked the "manage" section on the app but it just shows all the things I can buy with no account & billing as said by the community? 

Is it something so simple I am being stupid ?

I AM SO STUPID ! Haha my email is a gmail/Google mail account

Put in Googlemail instead of Gmail and it's worked...... I'm going to hide now thank you for assisting everyone.

Have you linked your BB to your MyEE a/c?

I've tried that, it says its already registered on a different account?

I've only used this one to do everything, I also checked for MyEE but it jeeps showing the normal EE app?

Hi @AshleyRP Did you provide a different email address when the order for EE broadband was being placed? If you did then that's likely to be your EE ID.
