Digital home phone won't connect

I've just 'upgraded' from BT to EE. My digital phones won't connect

Where are you plugging the base station? Is it plugged into the phone socket at the back of the router or the digital adapter?

@Les9999   Looking at other similar posts it would seem it can take a day or two to get digital voice up and running.

How are you trying to connect?

Have you spoken to the Broadband Care Team?
