Upgraded broadband is being installed next Monday (11th March)
I received a text message today saying the equipment is on it's way along with a link and a reference number .
When I click the link it takes me to the EE tracking page but it says I have no order to track. When I try to input the number it doesn't accept it. Also the letters at the start of my reference number don't match with the examples given for inputting. Any help thanks.

Is it a Royal Mail tracking reference? If so, does this help?
