I am due to upgrade my monthly plan, and have been trying to apply my studentbean 20% off code to the Iphone11 64GB pay monthly plans via my online account. However, it keeps saying the code is not valid - I was in touch with EE yesterday, who advised I was submitting the code in the right place and against a valid phone, and told me to contact studentbean about the problem. Studentbean have been back in touch to say the code is working correctly, and asked me to test the code on a different deal (the iphone SE) where the code worked perfectly.
Is the iphone 11 excluded from the student discount offer, and if so why? In your terms and conditions it doesn't seem to meet any of the exclusion terms (i.e. it is a normal pay monthly contract, with no previous discount attached, and isn't on the 4GEE plans etc.)
Any advice would be appreciated!
