Today I upgraded my phone and have chosen the Amazon video add-on. I don’t know how to set this up and I have read all the questions on the forum and am still none the wiser. When I looked at my add-ons on my account it doesn’t show I have a smart benefit available and when I text 150 it says I need to pay £5.99. I have had a confirmation email regarding my device and plan but have had nothing regarding how to access the add-ons.
please can someone help me.
