Hello, so today randomly I’ve got a notification on my screen “your iPhone cannot make and receive calls or access mobile data until it has been updated” which I followed everything and updated to IOS16 which was through iTunes. Everything went fine but still showing no signal. So I’ve tried ;
And nothing working. When I click mobile data that says “error. An update is required to use mobile data on this phone” so I go to software update and it clearly says IOS is upto date. So I go to settings and about scroll down and network says not available then network provider lock says SIM LOCKED.
My sim can’t be locked I’ve always had EE contract this phone and sim I’ve had over 3 years and never had a problem and all bills are paid, anyone help? Thankyou for taking your time to read this. Any help appreciated:)
