Got a “good as new” iPhone 14 pro max, it’s been setting up and restoring from iCloud - in that time been trying to charge it but it won’t hold the charge at all, just drained. Now it won’t turn on. Any ideas? I go on holiday in a few days so returning it not an issue - got from EE shop and they say they can’t help as I ordered online.
