Voicemail not working

Since upgrading my contract my voicemail is not working. I spent 2 hours on the phone to someone at EE and trying a new sim was suggested. So I now have a replacement sim but it is still not working! And I don’t fancy being on the phone for hours again and I definitely don’t see why I should need a new phone. I have tried EVERYTHING

Which part of the voicemail isn't working?

All of it. When someone calls it just rings out. When I try to call VM either by number 1, 222 or from another device it says can’t connect you right now so call customer services

I know you've probably already tried it, but could you try texting VM ON to 150, @KatyTPayne.

Yes I’ve done that and just tried again and restarted the phone after
