I keep getting voicemail notifications and the voicemail icon shows the red dot 🔴 indicating I have voicemail waiting. When I call voicemail, I have no messages stored, but I still keep getting notifications that I have voicemail waiting.
I called customer support and they advised to delete voicemail from phone by calling 222 and follow prompts, however there appears to be no option here to delete/remove voicemail.
I have tried switching notifications off and resetting phone and power off to no avail, notifications and red dot 🔴 remain.
Anyone know how I can clear this please?

@Seamusrb Call yourself from a different phone and leave a voicemail then from your device call your voicemail and listen to that message in full, now delete that voicemail and this should get rid of the notification.

Hi @shaiverm,
Have you tried restarting your phone?
Have you tried leaving a new voicemail and deleting it?

Thanks! Finally notifications have stopped. Didn’t think of doing that.
