hi I upgraded to iPhone 15 Pro max a short while ago and they sent a returns pack and had received my old device as shown in the picture and now I have also received another message to say that they have sent out another return pack but my old device is with them is there a possibility someone has ordered a device in my name and could they be using that device to mimic mine for criminal use ? Or could it be a mistake? I’d really appreciate some advice on this.
