Phone not receiving calls it’s asking for a sim pin but I’m not sure what it is any advice please

Is this a new phone? Where did you get it from and where did you get the SIM card from?

Are you on pay as you go or contract and are you in the UK?

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

If you haven't changed your SIM PIN, the default is 1111.
