Battery usage is really high, mainly in the background. Anyone else seeing this?

Approx 33% in last 24 hours.

Yes, had it installed for about 1 week.

I'd recommend reporting this to our Tech Care team so they can run through troubleshooting steps with you and get this sorted.

I’ve noticed my battery is dropping a lot quicker now I have cybersecurity and checking usage it is now 19% in 7 hours

@Davearran999 That’s because you’re allowing it to run in the background. It’s doing exactly what you’ve allowed it to to. Operate when you’re not even using the device that is exactly what background activity is.
