my phone is broken and can not access any info from it.

is there anyway of retrieving this on a new phone

What is wrong with your devices? (Screen broken, phine is dead?)

What brand and model is the damaged phone?

Have you tried connecting to your PC? 

What are you trying to recover and have you checked this wasn't backed up online via your Google account.
