Hi, on January 11th I brought a new phone, he is delivered by a Enjoy staff member, he help me setting him up next day works well, and next morning the screen was looked up, and in flight mode (what I didn't select), 1: I contact Samsung support trough the chat follow wall the steps he told me to do and didn't work, 2: I walk to a EE store the employee told me to google how to reset the phone (what I found not professional), 3: I contact EE trough the chat ( very professional lady) how advise me to call the Samsung support center, 4: when I contact the support center they said i need to send the phone over to repair, I payed £20 (not much I know) for the repair, the phone arrived yesterday I switch it on transferred all data from my old device, install some apps I needed, so far so good, this morning when I was setting up my bank account, the phone froze, switch off, and I am not able to bring it on again.

I am sure there is something wrong with the phone, the fact that the safe seal labels on the box are already broken when I get the phone for the first time, make me believe the phone is not new.

I want to claim a new phone, what do I need to do ?

Thank you

Hi @Kittiwake

Is the EE SIM card showing this message?

Can you make calls from the Plusnet SIM card?
