UK New phone A12, European model ???

Uk based here and just received my upgrade to a galaxy A12, when it arrived it was ripped into, looking at packing it has a sticker saying this is a European version and we opened to change plug etc etc , fair dos, but is this normal sending EU bound phone to a different country?

Do you have the model number? Should look something like this: SM-A127F.

Yes it does, only diff is says DSN after number.  And its a sticker stuck on with details

It sounds like the European version, @EmmaC-78.

 

The same one that's sold by Samsung in the UK. 🙂
