Samsung Flip 4 Repeatedly breaking

I want to replace this phone with something completelty different. 

My Samsung Flip 4 has broken a 2nd time!

1st. Dead pixles in the top half, the phone was replaces as it was within warrenty

2nd. Ive just unfolded my phone after it sat on the sofa untouched and the screen the right hand edge is showing a line of white. The bottom half of the screen isnt closing around the hinge. 

I dont know what to do. I cant afford to get this fixed, especially when its something out of my control. This phone is awful. Will EE replace it?

I’m sorry to hear this but you’re not the only one. I’ve seen loads and loads of people complaining of broken folds and flips. While they seem like a cool phone to have. Too many seem to have issues around the fold or flip of the screen or the screen itself. You would be better ringing CS and asking them but I doubt they would give you a different phone in place of yours for free. Thanks

I am sorry to hear you are having problems with the phone. 

I would suggest speaking to Samsung directly or our technical support team to see if this would be covered under warranty and to go through the options available.
