No service or 4G on my new Samsung s23 ultra

I received my Samsung s23 ultra today and I'm unable to get my sim card to connect. Its giving me no service after I've updated the phone, turned it on and off and reset all my settings. What else can I do?

Was this an upgrade? if yes, are you using your old EE SIM?

It is an upgrade and I am using my old sim and also another network sim in
the phone
