No Voicemail

I cannot receive voicemail. Phone's a Huawei Honor 10

Call forwarding is enabled, I can turn voicemail off, but when I turn it on again I get: "Sorry we're having some trouble completing your request at the moment. Please try again later." I try again later and get the same message.

@MickyP1  Call forwarding isn’t your voicemail that a different service.  Call forwarding is to make the incoming call go to a different phone number that you enter on the device.    To set up voicemail you just need to text VM ON to 150.  To turn off voicemail it’s VM OFF to 150.

My bad!  However, when I text VM ON to 150 I get: "Sorry we're having some trouble completing your request at the moment. Please try again later." And this repeats ad infinitum. BUT if I text VM OFF to 150 I get "You request to turn off your call divert to voicemail has been successful." 😩
