New voicemail - notification

Hi,

I have a New voicemail notification message at the top of the notification panel (S22 Ultra)
My voicemail is turned off, and I don't have any voicemail.
How to remove that notification from the panel?

Welcome to the community.

 

I'm not sure how that's ended up there. Please try:

 

  1. Reactivating the voicemail by texting VM ON to 150.
  2. Call your number from another phone and leave a voicemail.
  3. Fully listen to, then delete the voicemail
  4. Then turn your voicemail back off by texting VM OFF to 150.

 

Let me know if that works.
