My mobile can't connect to EE's auto Wifi in public transport

I'm using EE Sim card for the first time, when I try to connect to WIFI with SIM card verification using the EAP method at the station, the system always prompts me very quickly for a connection timeout, which prevents me from connecting to the WIFI, how do I set it up?

You set the service up as per the instructions here:

It maybe the service isnt working, which is not uncommon.
