I need the invoice so I can unlock my phone. Was sold locked even though EE said it was unlocked. I had to send it to unlock with authorised company indicated by Sony and now they want to charge me and are holding my phone unless I pay £30

You don't need an invoice to unlock a device.
You can just apply for unlocking by using the Unlocking your device form and giving its IMEI no., which you can obtain be dialling *#06# into its keypad. Why send it off to somewhere else?

I’ve done all that. The phone is hard locked, a procedure has to be done.
so now Sony is asking for proof of purchase.
