Hi 

 

i ourschased a 4GEE mini wifi - pay and go yesterday and i was told that it should be unloicked as its on pay and go. is this the case or do i need to complete a form?

@NewUSER2022  It should be unlocked already,  you can test this with a different network sim.

Do you actually mean using that PAYG SIM to access unrestricted content, rather unlocking the device to use with another's SIM, which latter it should already be if you bought  it since Dec. 2021?
