failed to renew my pack

ychu
Explorer

my pack was automatically renewed every month. However, today is the renewal day but it didn’t proceed. I have checked my debit card associated with my number which had nothing wrong. I also have enough credits on my EE account. However, none of them can help me finish the payment. I have no idea what to do now.

@ychu - If you browse to http://add-on.ee.co.uk from the device that the sim is in, is there anymore information there?

e.g Subscription pack lasts for XX Days Y Hrs

Your subscription pack will start again on DD/MM/YYYY

Does the £25.11 include the amount you should've paid for the pack or has it been subtracted?

@354- : I thought the EE Add-on page only talks about data add-ons & maybe others.

Does it also include info on your packs as you indicated?

@XRaySpeX - that is what the EE computer/system on the other end says, when using the hyperlink (http://add-on.ee.co.uk), on a device with an EE sim (PAYG Legacy), it even has an expandable history section!

Though I have had a look at a friend's EE sim/phone, they are on a newer payg subscription pack, they don't seem to have that section.

@354- : My PAYG SIM shows nowt about packs, just buy data add-ons,  but then I don't have an active pack but I might have expected "You don't have a pack".
