Help with sim card

Taken a Tesco SIM out of my phone,put in EE SIM and my phone says network locked.

You'll need to ask Tesco for an unlock code. Then you can use your EE sim.

I have a really old Samsung which has a Tesco SIM card in it,I took out the SIM card put my EE  SIM card in and on screen it says network lock and needs some code of password.My question is who do I contact to rectify this problem.

To get your phone unlocked to use on any network.  When you get the code you put in the EE Sim Card in the phone then you use the code to unlock it.

Have a old Samsung which was working with a Tesco SIM card,I have put in my EE SIM and phone is locked.Who do I contact Samsung or Tesco.

@Susanmelanie  You need to contact Tesco if that’s where you got the device from 

The phone was given to me.It was working with a Tesco SIM card in it but asking for code to unlock network.
