Roaming Italy Stopped Working

Been away for the last two weeks, without roaming issues. None of our phones will work today without WiFi. 

is there an issue?

I’ve tried manually selecting network providers, restarting phones and toggling airplane mode. None of which resolve the issue. 

shows as having a 5G connection too. 

help please.

Yes Chris, still in Italy. 
im on a sim only contract, with 4 accounts. 
all have worked fine so far, and stopped this morning. 
there’s plenty of data available too.

It's strange that all four have stopped working. Are you aware of other users who are able to use their roaming where you are? Is it just data that isn't working? Are you able to call 150?

Resolved it, by changing the spend cap. 

although we’ve not exceeded it, by doing this has done something to make it work again.
