but i have tried 3 browsers and 2 devices. my pc has also had a fresh install of windows

@anthony135 If after the week, get straight on to EE CS and get it sorted, more than likely just a stupid account computer say's no issue.

further update: The EE wifi team have noted a problem with my account and have given me access to their public wifi through a voucher which they offered. thank you for all your replies
