Mini TV box showing btp 15000

Just tried to set up my new mini box and getting code btp 15000 and won’t let me view any channels. I am an EE TV customer and my main TV box works OK, letting me view all channels including my big sport channels Can anybody please help? Thanks John

I’ve got a ps portal and when I try use my EE hotspot the data never works. It says can’t find connection. I just don’t understand why EE would sell ps portals for they’re phone data to not work as a hotspot

I need a bill to send to a company but can't access any of it online. on the ee app it says please try later. I'm on day 4 and three phone calls later still no closer to seeing it online  any ideas?
