Extra costs

Hello, I've got some extra cost on my plan this month. Is there any way i can spread the cost of these throughout  a couple of months?  Pay them off but by bit and add it on to my contract price? 

Using my phone abroad

Hi,  I am currently on holiday in Turkey for a week. I recently bought a £15 pack but I can’t use my phone whilst I am in Turkey to call to text or use data what can I do ?
