My SIM is blocked I have tried to unblock it using the MEI code but hasn't worked, it is saying I my PUK code to unblock it but I don't have it could you help please.

EE Perks account

My EE perks account has been deactivated and I am not able to reactivate it. I have tried using the EE whats app messenger for help but apparently according to Mhairu, EE do not reactivate the account. Anyone who works for EE actually able to help ?
