My EE app is saying my bill is overdue. The direct debit is taken on the 23rd of every month. It was paid in October as normal so it is not due until the 23/11. It is only the 17/11 so I can’t understand how it can be overdue.

How can I contact EE if live chat doesn’t work and I have no service abroad?
