EE broadband connection

Hi, I have gone onto hub manager and switch off internet (while connected to wifi). However now I cannot get back in to hub manager (not connected to wifi)  to switch back on. Any suggestions?

Missold roaming

Due to nobody contacting me in 72 hrs as was promised, I rang EE today to discuss the outcome of the complaint no 23031505. The recorded calls were supposed to be listened to in order to decide the outcome, however the person I spoke to from EE today...

I just moved my number to EE and since that move happened there has been no service on my mobile

Extra costs

Hello, I've got some extra cost on my plan this month. Is there any way i can spread the cost of these throughout  a couple of months?  Pay them off but by bit and add it on to my contract price?
