Hi  Just joined EE as BT no longer supports mobiles. I have downloaded the app but can’t see an area in the app that shows my balance , plan and usage . BT had a , My  BT app and apparently EE did have previously. I phoned EE but they couldn’t help ....

Remote with a sound bar
