How did you lose your sim card. It should be in your phone.

You can order a new one by ringing 150 or going into store. But they may charge.

Phone customer services to reporting the lost SIM card ASAP, then they'll send you a new SIM card.

You'll get your SIM card much quicker if you visiting an EE store .
