You'll need to contact customer services on 150 and request to have Voicemail turned off.

I really do think it's about time EE gave you a self-service option to do this yourself. It can be done on other networks by simply dialing a short code from your handset.
Don't EE realise that by offering more self-service options like this, it would help reduce call centre traffic?

If you dial ##002# on your phones keypad this will disable all diverts to your voicemail.
So when someone calls you, instead of them being diverted to your Voicemail after 15 seconds, your phone will keep ringing until you either answer or they stop dialing.
However if you still want to turn your Voicemail off properly, then you'll need to speak to customer services on 150.
But I totally agree with jmitchel its about time EE started allowing their customers to do things themselves, instead of wasting time having to call customer services for every little thing.
