Unlock request

I sent an unlocking request on the 05/08/13 and did not hear anything back within the 20 days stated, I have sent another today, will I be ignored again?

When you sent this first unlocking request did you pay the £20.42 fee? and how did you send it?

Also what handset have you got.

I was not asked for a fee as I sent the request via email, I have an iPhone 5. Thanks

Ok there is your problem. An email request will not be acknowledged.

There is a £20.42 fee and you got to request it via 150 or the new link online.

So if I have the 20.42 in credit on my phone will they deduct it from that?

Yes they will. But you have to also been a customer for more than 6 months.
