How do I access the live chat service for my bill query?
Perhaps I'm missing something here but I seem to be going round and round the 'contact us' and 'help' sections looking for the elusive live chat service I've been told to use by both the call centre and the ee twitter team.
Apparently it's on the homepage but I can't see it.
Anyone have a link? (not one just to the 'contact us' page please, I got that far! )
