EE Complaints Procedure is a JOKE

Followed procedure to the point of TWO Letters sent Recorded Delivery to:

The Complaint Investigations Team
EE
6 Camberwell Way
Sunderland
Tyne and Wear
SR3 3XN

Completely IGNORED for 6 WEEKS!

Charlotte told me she had forwarded my complaint to the Executive Office. I have heard NOTHING. I am giving EE one more week and then CISAS will be contacted.

EE customer service is a JOKE. They don't deserve your money.
