The customer service is on of the worst in the world.They are so roude,They can't listen to you properly and cut your phone straight away
I was ordered my broadband on 26 June 2013. 'and still it's not showing on them system. They say U did't place the ordered yet which is I already did go get the Mac code from my current provider and give it to them but still.
On my point of view EE is on of the worst customer service in the world.
