Hi, I'm not sure where to get help, or how to reach someone at EE who can help me regarding port forwarding on a Brightbox router.
I'm trying to set up my router to work with Windows Home Server. This requires either a (true) uPnP compliant router or the ability to forward ports. While this seems possible with a Brightbox router (see http://help.ee.co.uk/system/selfservice.controller?CONFIGURATION=1016&PARTITION_ID=1&secureFlag=fals...) , in practice, this isn't the case and the ports aren't fowarded as they should.
I contacted EE by phone, and was told this feature wasn't supported! My Livebox could do it, and I'm wondering what's going on.
The NAT mapping table tab under NAT, Advanced setting seems to generate some random data as, each time I open it, I get inconsistent results.
Any help is welcome.
