I find the best way is texting AL to 150. The app isn't very helpful you're
not missing much!

I agree with damienw1, the app now only shows calls (if any) outside the data plan, whereas previous versions of app showed calls both within current and past billing months within the data plan.  I too pay for the itemised blling option and feel shortchanged by EE's current app version.  Even more so by the "big-brother" way I was forced to update on 13th March 2017.  Other features and graphics which have also changed make the new app poorer - as per the many feedback comments in the reviews.

 

EE's service is progressively getting worse and little attention paid by EE to many comments on the app feedback/review listings by their customers.  PLEASE listen to us - we can't all be wrong!!

 

Can you tell me if there is going to be any changes to take account of the feedback and thus missing info and graphics, or is a case of "EE knows best"??

I registered for ee app but when asked for my number it says it already exist how can i rectify it

I have now the EE app but it  wont let me past asking if I pay the bill when I answer Yes it puts me back to the screen asking for my mobile No. ? how do I get by this?

thats if the app works.....can't check how much data i got left.....app keeps locking up...........

  • Have you deleted and downloaded the app again?
  • Have you cleared cache of the app?

Done every thing you have asked me to do.... Got to await 24 - 72 hours for refugees to back to me...

 

Thinking of leaving if this matter is not fix

still not fixed...promised date after date....now by 30/5/17......if it is not sorted by the 1/6/17 at 08:00,  i will be cancelling my contract with you....

 

customer care...... bend over backwards to help

this team sorting out this problem...... a joke, lies, 

 

very upset customer.....

yes.....if want to cancel my account i got to pay £370....although the Tec team will not fix the problem...........Tec team said i have to live with it

Did they give you a reason why this is not working and advised when this would be resolved?

no reason....they know they is a problem.....i am now finished with the Tec people.....got to wait for about 9 months and bye bye ee

I have more chance talking to the wall and getting some done, Tec team are a waste of time.....can't use my data,  as I don't know how much I got...so another 9 months and close my account....
