Hi @Karen_C. I would assume that I have the up to date version as it was downloaded off the App Store. If you know, what is the current version number of the EE app?

Hi @Karen_C Yes, I'm on a monthly contract, however the account is in my mothers name, im just the account user.

Yeah that's what I meant!
I just wondered if the issue could be related to having multiple numbers on the account, it's definitely not that then.

Hi may I have some help please?
i have downloaded the "My EE" app, and have tried to regester, but whenever I type my phone number in it says that I have already been registered when I have no recognition of registering?
When i bought my phone 2 days ago, the lady in EE said she would send me an authorisation code through Email but I didn't receive the email.
I'm just looking for some handy tips how to sort this out and get access to the app? Thanks guys!

Hi.. the new app does not work at all. I keep getting message that it's being worked on. How long is this going to take ? I used the old app for checking mobile data usage on 4 phones and mobile broadband. .it was simple and easy to use...now have nothing... please put rhe old app back until youve sorted out the new one.
