Gazmed Lika - a previous director at Fonehouse (an EE approved partner) was disqualified as a director last year. He however now seems to advertise his role as "Chief Operating Officer" at Fonehouse Group Ltd despite being disqualified. He is barred from taking part "directly or indirectly, in the promotion, formation or management of a company or limited liability partnership" (https://www.gov.uk/government/news/7-year-ban-for-surrey-man-for-failing-to-provide-records-to-hmrc) but he continues to promote himself as the Chief Operating Officer at an EE approved retailer.
He did have an exemption up to 21st November last year (https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/disqualified-officers/natural/t6VFJJsTD3jrHSMQGCTFUAo7u-U) for Fonehouse, but below is a link to his current profile on Linkedin:
Is it appropriate for EE to partner with such an organisation?

Looking at compankes house about Fonehouse shows he is not on the board at all.
Yes he had an exception but this was granted by the courts.
I don't get what you are saying here?
He is not associated with EE at all by looks of things.

Thanks Brendon, You're correct that he is nolonger on the board of Directors for Fonehouse.
He is however listing himself as in charge of operations at Fonehouse which would goes against his disbarment.
Should EE partner with Fonehouse (EE Approved Partner is all over the fonehouse website), where someone who is not aloud any role related to the management of a company may be running operations.

I suggest you take this to the authorities if he is going against his disbarment.
Just because EE is plastered everywhere doesn' mean they actually are. They could just be saying that.
And I am sure EE will look into this.

To be honest that linkedin account could not have been updated since 2015 which is before his disbarment.
