i had a problem with my internet this morning and with trepidation I phoned the support line.
i have not had to make contact with EE since the change from orange and the Indian call centre some time ago.
WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!
I spoke to Helen first off who found a problem with the wiring in the outside box and sent off the request to BT to be rectified. She was very helpful easy to talk to very professional and friendly
she had to reset the modem
later on in the day I couldn’t connect and called again.
This time I spoke to Neil, again very helpful ,Professional-and he knew what he was doing
I was back up and running very quickly .

It seems that EE have now got the very best support line .

It is great to have some positive feedback, and I agree, customer service are helpful. Customer service is now all based in the UK, which does make a big difference.
