My account was suspended to avoid charges while in SA but I have now returned and need to be able to use my phone. I have emailed Shaun Glen who said he would be able to do this for me on the day of my return but haven't heard anything back yet. I need to use my phone urgently as it is my only form of communication at the moment.

Welcome to the community,
I am surprised that you were able to get your account suspended, as normally this does not happen.
You will have to ring customer service to get this sorted, as there is no account access here in the forum, and they are the only ones, who will be able to help resolve this for you.
You will have to use another phone or if you have Skype or Viber, you can ring customer service, there is an 0800 number you can ring, if you click on the contact us, you will find the numbers there.
