I have called and requested an unlock code, which they said i would get within 3-8 days by email. It's now been over 2 weeks, and I still haven't gotten one. It won't let me fill in the online form for unlocking, either. Since I'm no longer in England I don't really want to call customer service again since it'd be so expensive, but I'm kind of at a loss of what to do. Any ideas?

Is this a device you bought yourself direct from EE?
