I put in a request to unlock my old Galaxy S6 on the 12th September..... I recived the confirmation email...but I've not recived the code yet.....are you able to give me an update please?

@bf1104 That’s not possible as it’s your device on your account and only the account holder can speak about their account with customer services so you have to speak with them.
